Strategic Planning Facilitation and Consulting Services – IFHIMA (2026)
IFHIMA seeks proposals to assist us in developing a new strategic plan. Responses due Thursday, April 30 at 1700 Central Daylight Time. Please submit your responses to contact@ifhima.org
IFHIMA invites qualified consulting firms and individual consultants with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, global health, and Health Information Management (HIM) to support the development of its next strategic plan. This engagement will help guide IFHIMA’s direction over the coming years, ensuring alignment with emerging trends in digital health, workforce development, data governance, and global health systems strengthening.
The chosen consultant or firm will guide a team-focused process, involving IFHIMA’s various international stakeholders, to create a practical, clear strategy for the future. Key deliverables will include a comprehensive strategic plan, an implementation roadmap, and a monitoring and evaluation framework.
