Sunil authored 12 books on data management and AI governance, including Selling Information Governance to the Business, Data Governance Tools, Data Governance Guide for BCBS 239 and DFAST Compliance, The Chief Data Officer Handbook for Data Governance, and AI Governance Comprehensive. Sunil has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, holds the Artificial Intelligence Governance Practitioner (AIGP) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals and is an IEEE CertifAIedTM AI Ethics Assessor.

June is Vice President, Global Clinical Services at IMO Health where she provides health informatics and health information management subject matter expertise for IMO’s terminology and data quality solutions. Prior to joining IMO, she held various positions including Professional Practice Director at AHIMA where she provided professional expertise.

June’s experience ranges from Coding professional, Coding Supervisor, and Director at various facilities, and adjunct educator.  She was also a member of the National Coding Council at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA).

June obtained her master’s in health informatics from Northeastern University and her Health Information Management degree from Indiana University.

Passionate about health technology and data utilisation in the healthcare sector, I possess a strong understanding of data governance principles, including information security and privacy. I collaborate with a diverse range of health services in Australia and internationally, bringing firsthand knowledge of the challenges and intricacies involved in leveraging hospital data to enhance strategic and operational outcomes.

Christina Moser, MBA, MHI&IS, BN

Clinical Information Specialist, System Information and Analytics Branch, System Sustainability and Performance Division, NSW Ministry of Health

Chris has an extensive background in data quality, clinical coding, data standards, health classifications, business analysis, clinical nursing, workplace training and information technology. This experience enables identification of ongoing opportunities for business improvement (including those specific to data quality, clinical coding and data standards), data analysis, risk minimization and provision of effective advice. In the current role of Clinical Information Specialist, System Information and Analytics Branch, System Sustainability and Performance Division, NSW Ministry of Health, Australia, Chris is part of the team working on the statewide implementation of artificial intelligence and computer assisted coding.

Sallyanne is the Chief Executive Officer of the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA) and is a Health Information and Information Management Executive Consultant. Sallyanne has over 30 years’ experience as a leader in health information management in the public and private not-for-profit healthcare environments in Australia and New Zealand. Sallyanne is a fellow and life member of HIMAA, a Certified Health Information Manager, a Certified Health Informatician Australasia , and an Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management . Sallyanne has previously served as the IFHIMA Western Pacific Regional Director during which time she served on the IFHIMA Board.

Kristen Borth, MS, RHIA

Kristen Borth is a health information and informatics professional with over 10 years of experience in consulting in acute and ambulatory services. While transitioning from private to public sector consulting, she has always stayed in the realm of Health Information Management and Health Informatics. This has helped to broaden her foundational knowledge regarding the crossover and similarities in both arenas. Her focus over the last couple of years has been in SDOH and the 21^st Century Cures Act requirements.

Kristen has a bachelor’s and graduate degree from Loma Linda University in health information and informatics. She is the Chief Operating Officer at Primeau Consulting Group, specializing in helping our clients navigate through the world of regulatory compliance and exploring opportunities within the SDOH space.

He has a proven track record of streamlining workflows, implementing IT solutions, and optimizing EHRs to enhance performance and data integrity. Keith is passionate about leveraging technology, including AI, to improve healthcare decision-making and address health equity challenges. He assists organizations in developing strategies to harness the power of data and AI while ensuring regulatory compliance. Keith holds degrees in Health Information Management and Health Services Management and is Principal of Olenik Consulting Group, specializing in data, reimbursement, privacy, and AI in healthcare.

Kathleen Addison

Kathleen is a Health Information Management (HIM) Professional with 45 plus years’ experience. In her current role as Senior Provincial Director, Health Information Management, Alberta Health Services (AHS), she provides strategic and operational leadership for the provincial Health Information Management Service.

Kathleen is a forward-thinking innovative change agent whose career has been focused on the identification and implementation of leading practice in HIM. She has led staff and key stakeholders through significant workforce transformational changes achieving desired outcomes which includes developing and implementing a single provincial eHIM Service Delivery Model.
