Release of final international curricula competencies

The Global Health Workforce Council (GHWC), in collaboration with AHIMA and IFHIMA, has released final curricula competencies for Health Information Management (HIM), Health Informatics (HI), and Health Information and Communication Technologies (HICT). These competencies are intended for use in academic programming across the globe in support of creating a capable and qualified workforce to ensure digital health information use and exchange supports health improvement and maintenance in the increasingly global healthcare ecosystem.
